Doha, 21st June 2014 - QNB, One of The World’s Strongest Banks, will launch its Global Recognition Programme catering to QNB First premium customers on Sunday 22nd June 2014.
The unique customer proposition will be launched by QNB First, the premium banking service of QNB, simultaneously in 5 countries – Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, UK and France – and is the first service of its kind offered by a regional bank.
The service has been exclusively designed to meet the expectations, lifestyle and ambitions of discerning QNB premium banking customers both at home and abroad.
At the heart of The Global Recognition Programme is the premise that QNB First members will be recognized as premium customers wherever they go. Whether travelling, investing or seeking opportunities abroad, QNB is committed to looking after their needs. The Global Recognition Programme is supported by a central support unit, where customers can enjoy a suite of products and services to cater for all their needs.
Recognising that this discerning set of customers have distinct needs and requirements and are looking for flexible offerings that are tailored to their domestic and international lifestyles is fundamental to the design and implementation of this exclusive Programme.
- Global Traveller services will provide the customer with Global Concierge services, use of 500 airport lounges, emergency cash, enhanced Credit Card limits and a Credit Card replacement facility.
- Global Investor services will provide the customer with a Global ID which will provide a 360 degree view of their accounts and also provide a first class Real Estate Advisory Service for customers covering global property portfolio’s along with mortgage facilities in select markets..
- Global Citizen services will assist with all aspects around Relocation Services and assist our customers with setting up their account(s) before they arrive in the new country..
